After placing an Item Frame, if you teleport away using a command block and teleport back, the item frame is invisible and the only way to get rid of it is to mine the block it's on

So I was working on something that involved using item frames and I was using a command block on creative to teleport back and forth between places. What I expected to happen was to teleport to my desired location, then teleport back to my original location (Where the item frames were) and still see them.

What actually happened was I teleported to my desired location, and upon return I noticed the item frames had disappeared. I then mined the blocks I placed them on and they popped off like normal dropping both the item frame and the item I had placed in it.

      Steps:
      1. Place block with item frame (something inside the item frame too)
      2. Create command block to teleport away (be sure to remember original cords)
      3. Create command block to teleport back

(I'm pretty sure that you have to teleport a couple chunks away for this bug to occur)
