Armour Stand Dropping Multiple Armour stands

What I expected to happen was...:
Drop an Armour stand

What actually happened was...:
Multiple Drops

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Armour stand
2. Hit Armour stand Multiple times
3. Armour stand drops between 2-4 (and one time for me i got 14) Leaving a ghost Armour stand that disappears after a little while

P.S I do not have in game Recorder i can only snapshot sorry.
