Error using ! in a name

      I had named an ArmorStand TIM! and when trying to tp only TIM! using the command 

      /tp @e[name=TIM!] ~ ~ ~

      every entity, including the player, was moved.
      When used on just regular TIM only the TIM named entities were moved.
