When a Shulker is summoned into a minecart, it glitches around like in 15w31a & 15w31b.

      Description

      When a Shulker is summoned into a minecart, it glitches around like in 15w31a & 15w31b.

      I thought this was fixed but it wasn't completely fixed in this snapshot.

      What actually happened was said above it glitches like it would in 15w31a & 15w31b.
