Hello I reasently discovered a bug in minecraft snapshot 15w31b. If a chorus flower is placed on the ground by a player it sometimes will mature randomly before growing at all. It appears that this happens more frequently when there is a solid block at least 1 block above the plant, I am not certen that this is the case however in my tests it happened more frequently.

I beleaved that the plant would not mature before growing (rising in height)

What actually happened was that the plant didn't increase in height or size but the flower part of the plant matured so it wouldn't grown higher

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Step One. place down a 3x by 3x square of end stone
      2. Step Two. place down 3 chorus flower blocks next to echother on one of the sides.
      3.Step Three. Wait.
