Unable to "/give" a potion of Levitation.

      /give @p minecraft:potion 1 0

      {Potion:"minecraft:levitation"}

      just gives you a regular bottle of water, whereas it should give you a potion of levitation.

      To confirm that it was just the Levitation I tested all of the other types of effects and they worked Accordingly.
