Put the summary of the bug you're having here
When a line of redstone repeaters is getting signal from a redstone clock , the last one on the repeater line should be able to work when set to the last tick.
when the line is connected off a redstone clock(maybe even not on a clock) the last one (when set to last tick) stays powered unlike the rest of them. (on a line of ten from my experience)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make redstone clock
2. put down a line of redstone repeaters
-ticked on one thats not first
3. have the last one of the line (for me it was the tenth) on the last tick
4. It should stay powered .
