I hade a command block hooked up to a clock giving @e Levitation, and I thought everything would fly, but the Squids wouldn't.

Squids wouldn't fly.

1. Create a clock and hook it up with a command block with this command in it: /effect @e levitation

2. Connect a lever to your clock and turn it on and off very quickly

3. Spawn Squids on land
