      /clear not working on shield inventory

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Clears out ALL items from my inventory

      What actually happened was...:
      /clear not removing items on shield inventory but all other items are removed

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. have an item in shield slot
      2. type /clear
