/clear does not operate normally for offhand slots.

      I expected it to clear my inventory and my offhand slot as well.

      I got an internal error and my entire inventory was wiped except for my offhand

      To reproduce this,
      1. Put ANY item into the offhand slot.
      2. Use /clear
