There seems to be a bug in the latest snapshot, 15w31a, that effects the text of signs. If you place a sign (see Sign A), it looks fine. However, if you exit and open the world with the same version, quotations and such appear, as well as the javascript for punctuation such as " ' " changing to " & # 3 9 ; " (see Sign B)
