when creating a mine cart track loop the rails auto connect to turn left or right or face in a different direction

What actually happened was...:
the tracks only wanted to auto conect to the same rail type

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to have a normal rail turn left or right directly in to another rail type (powered rails, activator rails, exe.)
