Arrows do not pass through nether portal

      Arrows do not pass through nether portals, unlike in 1.8 versions. This includes all arrow types in 15w31a.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Make a nether portal
      2) Fire arrows through portal.
      3) Enter portal, get teleported to other dimension
      4) Notice that no arrows pass through.

      Note: tested in both Creative mode and Survival mode.
