When I spawned an ocelot to be tamed, I gave it some raw fish (Used a stack), it 'loved' me, but it wouldn't tame

First to get it's attention, I crouched all the way to it. When it walked up to me, I had to give it at least thirty raw fish to tame it, yet I should've only had to give it 5 at the maximum (I think)

I was practically rapid-clicking to feed it, and I don't even know how ocelots/cats eat that fast. The love-hearts, also, didn't seem like it was in time with how much I was feeding it.
I just wanted a cat for fun just because they're cute.

Here's how to make this bug appear:
      1. Spawn an ocelot.
      2. Get it's attention by crouching/sneaking to it.
      3. Use a stack (or 64) raw fish and feed it.
      4. See how it won't tame.
