      First, 

      /summon EntityHorse 999 63 36 {NoAI:1, Invulnerable:1}

      Second, ride a horse and tp horse to far away.
      ex) 

      /tp @e[type=EntityHorse,c=1] 0 80 0

      Then you can see that you are standing but you cannot move, and you cannot see horse.
