Slimes Will not spawn in slime chunks, Never actually encountered a slime ever.

      have found numerous slime chunks and tried getting them to spawn with no avail. I have followed every physics rule encoded by the developers to create the correct conditions for them to spawn but they will not. I have never even encountered one in the wild.
