This issue extends (not duplicates) MC-81061 - Placing doors below you makes you be 'inside' them.
If Mojang/Microsoft employees can't be bothered/gonna do it later, at least fix this issue:

When jumping 'inside' a door you get on top of a door, wich can be used as a sort of cheat for PVP servers in someway.
If you disagree with me, think it as just a glich not supposed to be there.
