The ability to resize and maximise the minecraft window is lost once you exit fullscreen mode.

To reproduce:
1) Open minecraft (Screenshot 1)
2) Press F11 or use the options menu to enter fullscreen (Screenshot 2)
3) Press F11 again or use the options menu to exit fullscreen (Screenshot 3)
The maximise button will then be grayed out, and you cannot resize the window using the cursor.
