I will be on a server for about 5 minutes and suddenly everyone but me freezes on my screen, and I freeze on their screen, even if I am in mid-air. I can still move on my screen for about 30 seconds, and then it will say "Timed Out", and disconnect me. This happens all the time consistently, and it is not my internet connection; this happens to my friends too. This has happened ever since 1.8.3.

What I expected to happen was...:
To get on the server, maybe have a little lag, and play with my friends.

What actually happened was...:
I will play with my friends for about 5 minuites, and it wont lag. Then out of nowhere, everyone but me will freeze on my screen, and I freeze on their screen, even in mid-air. my friends aren't lagging, my internet connection is fine, and i can move around. after about 30 seconds of everything being frozen, no matter what server it is on, it says "Timed Out", when i was definitely not inactive. My friends experience this too, and it happens like every five minutes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get on any server
2. Play on the server
3. Get randomly disconnected
