Hello,
I am presently involved in a rather large-scale project, involving clearing out various hillsides, mountains, etc. During the process of building structures in one of the already cleared zones, I exited the structure to find a chunk completely re-loaded to the world's base format. It didn't take out much work, thankfully, as it occurred on a relatively empty stretch of road, but the 16x16 chunk was fully respawned.
I took a series of four pictures, where you can clearly see where it would have naturally connected to the mountain, and a small portion of a tree's canopy that was spawned with the chunk. I did not perform any commands on the command console, nor did I do anything that I think may have instigated it. I was in the incomplete warehouse structure in the pictures when it occurred, well within range of the affected area's render distance, and am more thoroughly confused than anything at the occurrance. I figured I would report it, as this could drastically impact another's game should it happen in a more crucial zone, such as an escape avenue during a zombie siege.
Thank you for your time and patience.
