players can not open trapped chest

What I expected to happen was...:
I wes expected players in my game can open trapped chest when i enable 'can open container" in host options

What actually happened was...:
players can not open trapped chest, but when i enable 'Can Bulld And Mine" players can open trapped chest!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.players it should open trapped chest when i enable 'can open container"
2. add new option for players can drink potion
3. Make 'Can bulld' option alone and 'Can Mine' option alone
