What I expected to happen was...:
My house to be fully standing with all it's blocks when I come back from mining.
What actually happened was...:
Occasionally when I come back from my mine (either after mining, or more recently from building mob spawner farms) a large collection of blocks will be missing from the top interior section of my home. The damage is random, but only affects blocks, not tile entities like chests (and they keep their stuff, thank god). Nor any stone blocks (thank god again my cobblestone generator's never been touched!). The first time some glass blocks and a panes were missing, but since then it's just been the wool, and wooden blocks making up the structure. The same general areas are always affected, but to greater or lesser extents (the side area where my enchantment library is, the as yet unused space diagonally above that, the roof patio diagonally above that and off to the side). Dependent blocks (torches, redstone, etc.) have also disappeared when the blocks supporting them go.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a TALL house.
2. Spend time deep under ground.
3. Check back topside periodically until stuff disappears (yeah, I know, not good enough, but I don't know what's causing this, that's what you guys are for!).
