uv doesn't work on stairs / uv-lock ignores uv

      I was making a cannon model and tried to make the uv correct. But the the values in the uv doesn't affect the uv of stairs. Also the texture changes with every orientation.

      The model should work correct, because I tried it on dispensers and with dispensers the texture doesn't mess up.
