I am running 1.8.3 survival with a 10 chunk render distance set in the server. I have had my client set to a render distance of 30. These worked fine with 1.8.1. After moving to 1.8.3 both the client and the server, chunks stopped unloading within the 30 chunk radius which also causes the FPS to drop to about 15. Solution has been found to either continue to use 1.8.1 client, or set the client render to 10.

Since this is an obvious behavior change from 1.8.1 to 1.8.3 within the client, I am unsure if it is a bug or intentional.
