When using a premade world template such as Spindlewood or Winter Stronghold on Minecraft Realms, setting the option "Spawn Monsters" on the options menu to off does not prevent hostile mobs from spawning at night. This functions differently from a normal, randomly-generated world without any premade structures. If you hit "reset" to reset a world on Realms, and then select "generate world" rather than "world template," the game behaves as expected. Hostile mobs do not spawn naturally at night, but can still be created through monster spawners or spawn eggs and do not immediately despawn as they would in peaceful - the desired behavior in this case. However, if one instead selects "world template" and chooses one of the premade world templates (tested with Spindlewood, Winter Stronghold, and Raider's Refuge), then hostile mobs will spawn at night, ignoring the options setting that would normally prevent them from doing so.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to "Configure Realm" on a Minecraft Realm, and click "Options."
2) Switch "Spawn Monsters" to off
3) Click "Done" to return to the previous screen, then click "Reset."
4) Select one of the premade world templates, and load it as World 1
5) Join World 1, set the time to night, and observe the hostile mobs spawning
