Random source blocks of water are created when using dispensers to harvest wheat or move mobs.

The water should only flow 8 blocks from dispenser when activated then be removed when activated again.

This works only the first few times then a source block will form in the middle of the field or on platform where it will counter or completely disrupt desired water flow.

In order to reproduce this you need to build any farm or build utilizing dispenser or pistons to create a source block of water.

Next either conect to a clock or activate multipul times in a row. Within a short periodnof time a source block of water will form where you dont want it to. This is a console problem specifically the Xbox One I am aware this is not where to post but if this could get passed on or if I coukd be directed where to bring this issue I will gladly do so.
