On MOODY brightness (On Bright everything is fine), water appears to glow in the dark. To test this for yourself, set your Brightness to Moody, set the time to night and stare at some water. Notice how it appears so much brighter than its surroundings. This is only a problem on pre5. pre4 was fine.
