Dispenser into Nether Portal Crash

While trying to test moving items from the overworld to the nether I setup a dispenser (filled with a block of some sort, cobblestone maybe), triggered by a hopper clock aimed into a portal. when I turn it on it crashes the server. I've attached the crash log.
