Minecraft will not open!

      When I press play on minecraft, it is about to open. Like the launcher closes then it opens again to show the Crash Report. It says Minecraft had issues rendering the aspects of the game but my graphic drivers are the latest ones(Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) ).

      I thought the game was going to open fine and let me play the game.

      The launcher disappeared after I pressed play then the launcher popped up again with the Crash Report.

      1. I upgraded to Windows 8.1
      2. Install Minecraft using Minecraft.msi
      3. Open Launcher and press Play
      4. Then the crash report shows up.
