I don't believe this is necessarily a bug but it is a issue for some map makers. When using the "/tp [target player] <destination player>" there is no possible way to keep your original rotation in a unplanned environment. I just think it's silly to only allow relative xrot/yrot when tping to a specific destination and not being able when tping to an entity/player
