Fences play sound when jumping and walking/sprinting beside them

      When walking/sprinting next to a fence block, jumping 1 block will play the wood sound that is heard when walking/sprinting on top of a fence. This should not happen because you are next to the fence, not on it, and this does not happen with other blocks. I believe that this is caused by the fence's hitbox being thinner/higher.
