      summon Minecart ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:Chicken, Attributes:[{Name:generic.movementSpeed, Base:3.0f}]}}

      When chicken stacked Minecart, it ignore Attributes, movementSpeed.
      movementSpeed works well when Chicken stack nothing.
