Basically, I have spent nearly two hours searching for a solution to this issue. I literally understand none of it and there's nobody to direct contact that can help me or talk me through fixing the issue. All I know is that I

log on to minecraft 1.8
Go on either a single player world (worse than multiplayer)
or a multiplayer world.
It lags like hell
I get told to turn my VBOS on yet that makes the blocks spas out and not load.
I get angry because nobody is bothered to help me. This is literally the 4th time on 2 accounts I've posted on here with no response.

PLEASE SOMEONE MAKE THIS SIMPLE.
