Farming monsters from generators is challenging when we work out how to build the farm. However, the items we get are already enough of a reward and I don't think that monster generators giving us endless levels was ever really designed to happen. Perhaps we should stop getting experience for killing the same thing over and over? This could also apply to farming livestock. eg. We could stop getting experience after killing the 5th spider in a row, the 5th chicken, the 5th skeleton etc. This would enrich our actual game experience and justify getting more levels from the variety. You would have to remember a history of the last 5 things we have killed though.Just a thought.
