Every time I enter a world and try to look anywhere I get a massive frame rate drop and end up looking at the sky or ground, (but the inventory menu seems to work fine). I recently had this issue and I thought I had fixed it by increasing the ram and permgen, but I recently loaded up a game after a few days and now return to staring at the sky. I had java 7 67 when I previously had this problem and I thought I fixed so instead of just re-installing java 7 67 I updated that to 71, I gave minecraft more ram, I tried pressing F8, My graphics card is up to date, and I tried deleting the .minecraft folder and re-installing and am just at a loss of what to do next.

I also forced a crash error report that I have attached because I noticed that was asked for in a few similar reports.
