Issue was created as follows

1.) Logged into a minecraft server
2.) Disconnected from the VPN I was connected to (Private Access Internet)
2.1.) This changed my out-bound IP address
3.) Because of change out-bound IP address, server disconnects client
3.1.) Server is still waiting for response from original client address, character is still logged into server
4.) I log back into server. My old avatar is still logged on
4.1.) The server does not display a log-on message
5.) Old avatar is now removed by server with appropriate log-off message
5.1.) Username is now removed from list of players logged onto server
6.) New session is still in world, and interacts as normal, however the 'tab' menu only displays other players, not new session.

I have attached screenshots of chat messages and 'tab' menu to better illustrate the issue. I have not attempted to recreate the issue.
