How to reproduce:
1. Create new world, with creative and cheats enabled (Important, World is getting ruined)
2. do /summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~

The enderdragon keeps tracking you. Even while no mobs should be abled to track you in creative, in case it is not hit.
