You can see water though firework particles.

What I expected to happen was the firework particles would cover the water.

What actually happened was that I could see the water though the firework particles.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get near water and look at it.
2. Use the command /particle fireworksSpark ~ ~2 ~ 0 0 0 0.1 10000 while still looking at the water.
3. Observe.
