The double tall grass keeps showing Peonies when I break the bottom of the plant. Breaking the top displays correctly, it is only when the bottom is broken. This happens in both creative and survival and in at least the Extreme Hills and Plains Biomes. It happens when broken with a variety of items and tools as well as with 'fists'. To recreate, just grow some double tall grass and break the bottom. I have included a screenshot of the peonies displaying in survival mode in a Plains biome. I hope you will be able to fix this
