assets lang is missing

      I am really sorry if this is not a bug, but I saw that normally the language files are stored at
      %appdata%/.minecraft/assets/lang
      but I don't have a folder called "lang" there, so I am pretty confused, could anyone please help me or say me where to find the .lang files (not the US one) ?
