What I expected to happen was - Sticky Pistons moving blocks in and out like they normally would in past versions.

What actually happened was - The Pistons work fine, but they also extend piston arms from the top, sides, and bottom as well. Usually only on one different face. This seems to break many builds as well. I also dislike the columns of duplicated stone brick shooting out of the sides of my builds.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. I've only noticed this on Multiplayer servers.
      2. Set up a 3x3 Redstone Clock with Repeaters on the sides and Redstone Dust in the corners.
      3. Power and place a sticky piston with a block next to it.
