I have been getting a bug where I spawn a silverfish with a command block then poison it causing it to take damage. This causes monster egg (hidden silverfish) blocks nearby to break, but for some reason not dispense any silverfish. I know the silverfish aren't getting into any other the blocks, and the blocks are definitely breaking.
