Biome Grass tone does not get applied to the sides of Grass Block...AGAIN

      The side of the Grass block has once again not matched the top of the Grass block, as a specific Biome grass tone. In previous reports, it had said the bug was fixed, but I'm still getting the bug in 13w02b!
