I was testing functions on the new 1.8 minecraft server on my windows 7 desktop PC and noticed after I connected to the server on the same computer that nothing is showing up in the event/log part of the server window.
I even issued the OP command from the server window but it still did not show anything in the window, yet the log FILE itself shows the events normally.
