Unconfirmed
I downloaded the 1.8 server jar and am running the vanilla 1.8 client with no mods. I am running the server on a different machine in my house so my son and I can play together.
When attempting to connect to the server, I get the following issue on the client:
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException
The server instance eventually closes, and generates a crash report. The root cause of the crash report seems to be an IO error.
I have attached the crash report as well as my server.properties (the only thing that is configured any differently than the default server launch)
