Issue 1: When changing the chunk render distance up to 32 the game stops loading chunks past the currently rendered chunks in game. When one crosses over the end of the chunk the game starts to have extreme frame rate problems every second or so.

Issue 2: In hardcore mode when one dies, if you click Delete World, the new Respawn/Title Screen menu shows up, if one clicks Respawn, the game will go back to the Delete World screen with the button disabled and eventually crash.

Issue 3: In the randomly generated worlds, no customization. There are massive terrain details which look as if she should be underground. Such as Stone mountains, ores on the surface, loads of Gravel, incomplete mountains which look as if a rectangle of blocks has been mined out,

Since the first two are crashes i can't screenshot. But i have attached a picture of the incomplete stone mountains, notice the flat surfaces on the peak and also at the left is a stone mountain with no dirt, on the surface.
This is the unmodified 1.8, details are visible in the debug menu.
