If I load a resource pack with a missing texture(textures/blocks), minecraft does not replace the missing texture with a texture from the default resource pack. Instead, it shows a purple and black block.

(I'm pretty sure Minecraft is supposed to replace missing textures, it did in 1.7)

      Steps To Reproduce:

      1. Create a Resource pack with missing textures.
      2. Select it in the Resource Packs Menu.
      3. Open a world and the blocks that are not in the Resource Pack will have missing textures.

(This Might be caused by changed block models.)
