In a world with the new debug world type stepping on a golden/iron pressure plate causes it to spawn a lot of other golden/iron pressure plates (as item not as block)

What I expected to happen was...:
... that nothing at all would happen when I stepped on the pressure plate

What actually happened was...:
When Istepped on the golden/iron pressure plate, immense amounts of pressure plates where spawned (as item) which caused extreme laggs so I had to close minecraft

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world in Debug world type
2. change to creative gamemode
3. step on/fly through the northernmost of the 16 golden/iron pressure plates
