Lag on Esoteric Realm. Passive mobs moving, Harvesting/mining delays.

What I expected to happen was...:

Passive mobs to be moving at normal speeds. Harvesting without delay.

What actually happened was...:

Passive mob, harvesting, and general redstone ticks seem to be moving slower than usual. Mine cart rides have slight stuttering. Moving and FPS seems to be normal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play on Realms - (realm name - Esoteric)
2. Cows bob up and down in water in slow motion.
3. Harvesting wood, mining blocks. take longer to become objects to be picked up. Delay in blocks breaking and/or having to break blocks twice to gather blocks. Using stone picks and stone axes.
