Mobs spawned via altered mob spawners act very strangely. For example, with an altered zombie spawner..

      • If you type /kill @e[type=Zombie] the latest zombie that was spawned via the spawner will be killed, the message will pop up for the rest aswell – but it will not kill them.
      • If you type /kill @e[type=Zombie] again, it will play the message "That Entity cannot be found"

I have attached the spawner schematic I am using.

      Steps to reproduce:
1.Spawn a zombie using a altered mob spawner.
      2. Type /kill @e[type=Zombie].
      3. You'll get a message saying zombie have been killed, however, they will still be there. Latest one spawned via altered spawner will die.
      4. If you type /kill @e[type=Zombie] again – it will tell you "That Entity cannot be found".
